Staff kindly shared recipes from their native countries and we enjoyed the delicious food prepared.

Our residents loved seeing our staff in their cultural dress.  We enjoyed the entertainment from many nations on the day.  The Sea Shanty Singers also joined us and the Straw Boys entertained us with music, dance, poetry and storytelling.

There was a photo exhibition and flags on display in the coffee dock; a colourful collection of the nations represented: Brazil, England, France, India, Ireland, Jamaica, Romania, Nigeria, Philippines, Poland, Portugal and Uruguay.

Thanks to everyone who contributed, making it a wonderful day for our residents.
