- Retirement Care – Living Independently
Living as part of the ‘Nazareth Community of Care’ isn’t about slowing down, it’s about having time to do so much more in a safe and secure environment. We have sixteen fully appointed living apartments, providing an opportunity to be part of the extended Nazareth Care Community.
- Pastoral Care
The personal, spiritual and social wellbeing of residents is paramount. The Sisters of Nazareth offer care, support, guidance and above all friendship. Pastoral Care is interdenominational so each care recipient can feel comfortable in their new home regardless of their religious beliefs. Chaplaincy services are offered for a range of different faiths. Bereavement support is also provided when dealing with the loss of a loved one during what may be a strenuous and difficult time. The Sisters of Nazareth provide sensitive support and assistance to residents, their families and/or representatives.
- Nursing and Personal Care
Nazareth Care provides individualised person-centred care that’s evidence-based and grounded in professionalism.
Each resident has initial and ongoing assessments based on their clinical needs by qualified registered employees to ensure they’re provided with care and support tailored to their specific needs. Nazareth Care employs Registered Nurses who are on-site 24/7 to facilitate high quality care alongside experienced Enrolled Nurses and Personal Carer’s.
Resident and family participation is of vital importance to the facility and is demonstrated in a number of ways including family conferences, collaborative care planning, feedback and resident meetings. All of these are designed to ensure the continuity of care for each resident throughout their time with us.
