Head of Care/Nursing Staff/Carers
Led by an experienced Head of Care, we have teams of nurses and carers who ensure the residents have a high quality of individual person centred care. Mandatory training is completed and any other training required is arranged to ensure we are up to date with all aspects of care our residents require. There are individual staff who are specifically trained in certain areas who act as Champions within the home, including end of life, oral health dignity, tissue viability to name but a few.
