The nursery Staff are sensitive to and value the differences that make all adults and children unique and are committed to encouraging positive role models. We welcome any children that have English as an additional language and gather information and find ways to help and support them in the daily routine.
We learn and celebrate about different cultures and festivals from around the world to encourage their learning and knowledge of our Multi Cultural society.
We also have a nominated member of staff responsible for the role of ENCO (Equality Named Co-ordinator).
