We have a busy year ahead and are very excited about every part of it. Students in Kinder get to go up to the Computer Lab, into the Art Room, over to our Garden, and out to the field for P.E.
We attend Mass with the school and get to sit next to our Eighth Grade Prayer Buddies every Friday. Several times throughout the year, we will hike up the hill to Nazareth House with a craft to share or a game to play with the Seniors.
In the classroom, we’ll be knee deep in mastering our alphabet letters and sounds then transitioning into sight words, word families, and reading. On any given week there will be at least one science or social studies hands on craft in the works. In the afternoons, we work together in our social centers painting, building, creating, make-believing—all while learning how to cooperate, share, communicate, and clean up as a team.
